Community Council Elections
The nomination period for the Community Council Elections is now open until 4pm on Tuesday 21 October 2025. Completed application forms can be accepted from Monday 6 October 2025.
If you wish to stand as a Community Councillor, please read the Guidance Notes and complete the Nomination Form as per the guidance.
Completed forms can be returned by hand to the Council Annexe or posted to the Elections Office, Moray Council, High Street, Elgin, IV30 1BX or by email to elections@moray.gov.uk
