Reception and information hubs

Elgin Reception

A reception is open on Elgin High Street, at the site of the former access point. It is open between 8.45am and 5pm (Mon-Fri), and residents can visit to drop off forms or evidence, or to attend pre-booked appointments with council staff, for example housing or benefits.

Information hubs

Information Hubs are available within all Moray Libraries - contact your local library for opening library hours.  General enquiries about Council services can be made at Information Hubs, and residents can also access online services, free phone the contact centre, get help filling in council forms, and drop off forms or evidence.

Interpreters

Interpretation can be provided for British Sign Language users or non-English speakers. This can be arranged by emailing our Equal Opportunities Officer.
