Financial Services

Financial Services provides support to services across the Council, to the Grampian Valuation Joint Board and, in partnership with NHS colleagues, contributes to supporting the Moray Integration Joint Board.  

The main functions of Financial Services include Accountancy, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Banking, Insurance, Procurement, Taxation, Treasury Management and VAT.
