Social Buddy – ref RO16 (1/8/16)

When – 3 hrs once a week                                                                                                      
Role – To support lady to get out in her local community
Tasks – To visit with lady in her own home for coffee and chat and take her on outings and for coffee. To provide social contact. Observe policies and procedures, maintain boundaries, attend training and reviews.
Skills required – An awareness of supporting person who is a wheelchair user desirable but not essential. Training provided. Patience, good communication skills, reliable and committed, trustworthy and respectful, ability to maintain boundaries and follow policies and procedures.  PVG check required, paid for by us

Social Buddy – ref RO20 (21/2/18)

When – 2 hours once a week
Role – To support gentleman to go out for coffee  
Tasks – To support gentleman to go out for coffee or take for a drive. Observe policies and procedures, maintain boundaries, attend training and reviews.
Skills required – An awareness of difficulties experienced by people with Parkinsons and mobility difficulties desirable but not essential. Training provided. Patience, good communication skills, reliable and committed, trustworthy and respectful, ability to maintain boundaries and follow policies and procedures.  PVG check required, paid for by us

Alarm Responder x 2– ref CR06 (1/3/18) Craigellachie

When – as required, emergency situations only
Role – Community Alarm responder/keyholder for female – must live within 30 minutes travel time   
Tasks – call and check well being of person who has activated alarm.  Observe policies and procedures, maintain boundaries, attend training and reviews.
Skills required – Understanding, calm in difficult situations, level headed, Standard Disclosure check required, paid for by us
