FOI Requests & Responses
Moray Council received over 1000 FOI requests throughout 2022/23. We endeavour to answer every request within the timescales contained within the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. Our performance rate in maintaining these timescales is currently 95 per cent.
In keeping with the Council’s stated priority of open and transparent government, requests and the responses they elicit will be published here in this disclosure log when they are received. All personal information and references have been removed from the requests to protect the privacy of individuals making requests.
