Moray Alcohol and Drug Partnership Consultation on Draft Strategy
The Moray Alcohol and Drug Partnership (MADP) - which includes The Moray Council - is consulting on its draft 10 year strategy.
The plan to prevent and reduce the impact substance misuse has on individuals, their families and communities has been drawn up by a wide range of stakeholders.
It will guide all partners through the work needed to identify and tackle issues at a local level, improve lives and make Moray a better place for everyone.
The strategy is based around seven key priorities:
1.Health
2.Prevalence
3.Recovery
4.Families
5.Community safety
6.Local environment
7.Services
MADP is committed to working with all partners including service users, families and the community to make this strategy the best it can be for the whole of Moray.
It needs you to have a look at the draft strategy and say what you think. Your views are important to make sure MADP gets it right.

Consultation on the draft plan closes on 31st August 2015.
The plan will be revised where needed in response to comments made before being finalised by the MADP.
The MADP working groups, which report to the full partnership, will be responsible for taking forward the actions set out in the delivery plan which goes along with the strategy.
