Local Lettings Plan for New Build Council Housing

As you may be aware, we are building new properties. The Council has been letting new build council housing since 2011 using a Local Lettings Plan (PDF) which we use to allocate new build properties when we let them for the first time.

We intend to build 500 new homes over 10 years from 2015. The Local Lettings Plan was approved by Communities Committee on 8 February 2022. It will apply across Moray from 2022 – 2027.
