Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA)
The purpose of the HNDA is to provide an evidence base to inform the Local Housing Strategy and Local Development Plan.
The Scottish Government appraised the HNDA 2023 as "robust and credible" on 21 December 2023.

Accommodation Needs Assessment of Gypsies/Travellers
Grampian Regional Equality Council (GREC) was commissioned to produce a report on the housing and accommodation needs of Gypsies/Travellers in Moray to inform the updated HNDA 2023. The recommendations within the report are those of the researchers.
