Dial M for Moray - your local on demand bus service
Dial M for Moray is our award-winning accessible door-to-door bus service (public roads only) for those unable to use existing forms of transport or who do not have a regular scheduled bus service. All Dial M journeys must be pre-booked by phoning our booking line on 0300 123 4565.
Bookings can be accepted up to 4 weeks in advance but must be made no later than 3pm the day before your pick up time. The booking line is open from 8.45am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Bookings cannot be accepted for any journey which may be undertaken on an existing local service bus journey or connecting journeys.
Dial M for Moray operates in five areas across Moray, centred around the following locations: Buckie, Elgin, Forres, Keith and Speyside.
The Buckie Area service service operates Monday to Friday and starts in Buckie at 9am and finishes in Buckie at 2.30pm on school days and 9am to 4.30pm on school holidays. This service now includes Garmouth and Kingston.
The Elgin Area service operates Monday to Friday and starts in Elgin at 9.15am and finishes in Elgin at 2.30pm school days and 9.15 to 4.30pm on school holidays.
The Forres Area service operates Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. It now operates on Saturdays between 9am and 12.15pm, and 1pm and 5pm. View fare chart (pdf).
The Keith Area service operates Monday to Friday and starts in Keith at 9am and finishes in Keith at 2.15pm school days and 9am to 4.30pm on school holidays.
The Speyside Area service operates Monday to Friday between 9am and 2.30pm, and then 4pm to 6pm on school days. On school holidays the bus operates between 9am and 6pm.
The Dial M Service is available to all residents of Moray, and to any visitors who wish to register. These services do not operate on 25, 26 December, 1, 2 January and May Day each year. *A reduced service will be operating from 27–30 December 2017.*
