National Planning Framework 4

National Planning Framework 4 (NPF4) was adopted and published on 13 February 2023 and is the national spatial strategy for Scotland, incorporating spatial principles, regional priorities, national developments and national planning policy. Alongside the Moray Local Development Plan 2020, NPF4 forms part of the Development Plan for Moray.

Planning Policy Guidance
