I request a copy of all the inspections that were carried out on the Cloddach bridge:  

I know that there were surveys carried out on the bridge in:

General inspections were carried out by the council every two years:
2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021

Principle inspections have been carried out:
1995- Principle
1996 - Structural assessment
1997- Principle
2000 - Structural and principle inspection
2019 - Principle
2020 - Structural

In addition to the ‘General Inspection Records 2019 and 2020’, and ‘Principal Inspection Report 2019-09-29’ which were provided in our original response (http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_140482.html), the department have confirmed that these documents, along with the ‘As Built’ drawings (see note below) constitute all documentation that is held regarding Cloddach road bridge.

Please note – personal information has been redacted from these documents, as it is exempt from release under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 – Personal Information.

In addition to the documents listed above, there are also some ‘As Built’ drawings created by the contractor when the bridge was built. These are held as paper copies by the Council and copies cannot be provided electronically due to the size and condition of the drawings. However, special arrangements can be made for these to be viewed within the Council offices. If you would like to arrange to view these, please confirm this with us.
