Forres: 3 bed second floor maisonette with gas central heating and overbath shower.
This property is situated in the centre of Forres and is accessed via a communal entry door.  Once inside there are internal stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom.

In accordance with our allocation policy, applicants with children under 5 years of age will not be considered for flatted/maisonette accommodation which has communal access and is above ground floor, unless the applicant has expressed an interest in being housed in this property type.

Portgordon: Sheltered housing – we have four bungalows with one bedroom, gas heating, level-access shower.  Three of the bungalows are located at Crown Terrace and one at Craiganroan Corner.
Sheltered housing is normally suited to older people but may be available to younger households in need of support. Tenants will receive a daily visit from one of our sheltered wardens, who are available during the day to check on the welfare of residents and will be called on in case of an emergency.
