Moray Connected
Our Moray Connected project is a three-year initiative during which our development team will work with departments across the council to create online tools to help you manage your council services, simply, safely and at a time convenient to you.
To help us deliver this project, we have split the work into customer groups, for example council house tenants, businesses, parents, pupils, visitors, householders etc. This helps us to focus the work by taking one section at a time and developing user-friendly services which will offer you 24/7 access to information and online reporting tools.
So whether you want to pay council house rent, report a pothole or missed bin collection, or even apply for benefits, in time your council services online will allow you to do this whenever is most suitable for you, without being restricted to our office opening hours.
You’ll be able to fill out forms electronically wherever you are, which means that applications and requests can be seen and processed more quickly. Importantly, it will also reduce our administration costs, so that we can spend more time and money on delivering essential services within Moray.
Join the conversation
These are your council services, so we want you to join in the conversation about what we offer and how easy you find it to use our online services. Check back here or read our blog for regular updates, email us your thoughts, and come along to any events we are holding across Moray. We will take all feedback seriously, and make improvements based on your recommendations.
