Mid-Market Rent/Intermediate Tenure

Due to the huge demand for affordable housing in Moray, the majority of people who apply for social housing may never receive an offer. 

Mid-Market Rent/Intermediate Tenure is a scheme to help people on low and modest incomes access high quality affordable rented accommodation.

Who is it for?

Mid-Market rent, provided by Moray Council aims to help people who may have lower priority for social rented housing, difficulty buying their own home or affording private rented sector rents.
