Window Replacement Programme

We now install double-glazed uPVC windows as standard, to improve thermal efficiency and security.  These works make sure that all properties are fully double-glazed and energy efficient.

The method of identifying windows to be replaced is generally based around the original installation date, with some extra consideration given to houses where the windows may be in poor condition because of their exposure to the elements - for example in coastal areas, where wet, salty air can affect the operation of the ironmongery.
