Care Inspectorate  
Adoption services in Moray and throughout Scotland are regulated by the Care Inspectorate.

National Care Standards 
Adoption agencies must provide a good service. The National Care Standards support your rights during the adoption process and that services provided during adoption must be suitable for everyone who needs them. You will be given a copy of the standards to refer to before an adoption assessment is started. 

Complaints Procedure
We aim to offer a good service and positive experience. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please speak to your adoption worker directly. If  we can't resolve matters we operate a complaints procedure.
