Please note, there are 3 inspection reports covering different parts of the B9017 -

B9017 from the A96 to Main Street, Newmill Main Street, Newmill
B9017 from Main Street, Newmill to the A95

Please note, the spreadsheet attached is showing works carried out by parties others than Moray Council on the B9017 From A96t At Woodside To Main Street In Newmill (western section) between 27/11/2024 and 27/11/2025. There were no non-Moray Council works carried out on the B9017 From Main Street In Newmill To A95 At Montgrew (eastern section) during that period.

3. The Roads Asset Management Plan is available on the Moray Council website. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
