I am a PhD researcher at the University of Glasgow. My research focuses on assessment and evaluation of public library services in Scotland. I would like to know:

1.  Annual number of physical visitors to public libraries for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

2.  Annual number of digital visitors to public libraries for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

3.  Annual number of items borrowed by format (physical books, eBooks, audiovisual materials, etc.) for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

4.  Annual number of library card holders for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

5.  Annual number of active library card holders (users actives within previous 12 months) for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

6.  Annual number of inactive/lapsed card holders (users not active within the previous 12 months) for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

7.  Annual number of events/programmes held for the calendar years 2016 - 2024. Please include attendance totals.

8.  Annual number of public access computers available for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

9.  Annual number of users of public access computers for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

10.  Annual number of home library service users for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.

11.  Annual number of mobile library service users for the calendar years 2016 - 2024.
