Compliance with conditions Where an applicant seeks confirmation that the terms set out in a condition attached to a planning permission have been met. Note: there is no charge in respect of conditions attached to listed building consent or conservation area consent. Where an enquiry relates for a householder development, which would benefit from planning application fee exemption under Reg 7 (means of access, etc. for disabled persons). Where an enquiry relates to a development, whihc would benefit from planning applications fee reduction under Schedule 1 Art 7, (Community Councils). |
