FOI Request - Flood Risk Management Legislation

Under the terms of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) legislation of 2009, Local Authorities can apply to the Scottish Government for funding to carry out flood prevention schemes. Within the legislation mention is made of criteria/required information for such an application. 

1. Under the Freedom of Information Legislation can you please forward to me a copy of the most recent set of requirements/cost basis required by the Scottish Government for such a submission.

1. The response to this request is the same as for a previous request received in 2022. There have been no changes since earlier an FOI request (FOI  101001827413) was answered. This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible.
