1. Can you please provide a copy of the criteria/information  Scottish Government require/stipulate when a Local Authority applies for Government Funding to provide flood prevention/mitigation works in its area.

This information is therefore exempt under section 25 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, information otherwise accessible. At this stage it is anticipated that that the same process will be applied to cycle 2 schemes but this has yet to be confirmed.
