1.  Since 2009 please outline how developments have been built where the development has 20 units or more and/or is required to provide affordable housing

2.  For each development please provide details of where the development is and how many houses/units there are

3.  Please outline how many socially affordable houses were built on the site, off site or attracted a commuted sum.

4.  If there was a sum paid instead of affordable housing please outline how much was paid for each site

5.  Please also provide a total as a commuted sum instead of the construction of affordable housing.

6.  Please outline how much of the money gathered as a commuted sum has been subsequently spent on building affordable housing and how many houses that equals.
