FOI Request - Cloddach Bridge Repair

As you will know there has been a lot of commotion surrounding the Cloddach Bridge just now. With the council getting a quote of around £2.5million for the repair of the bridge or £2.9million for a new one completely. I was wondering if it was possible to see a breakdown of these quotes to see exactly where this money is going. I query this as I fail to fathom how it can possibly cost this much.
