Following your request for a review of your Freedom of Information (Scotland) Request (FOI request) People Numbers and Costs 101003194069. A review meeting (our ref 101003221953) was held 7th February 2023. In attendance were Human Resources Manager, Solicitor Licensing and Regulatory, Information Governance Manager & DPO, and Information Co-ordinator.

The Council’s response to your original FOI request received 04/12/2022 was discussed.

The original response applied exemption section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, excessive cost. It was confirmed that this exemption was considered to have been appropriate.

After receiving an amended FOI request, with a reduced number of questions, the same exemption was applied. However, following discussion of this exemption, the department was able to investigate if the reduced amount of information could be compiled within the exemption’s limitations. As such the information requested has now been compiled and can be found here.
