FOI Request - Garmouth Flooding Report

A report presented to Moray Council on 28th September, 2022, re flooding issues at Garmouth indicated that the  cost of damage to property was far less than the cost of any engineering works to prevent it.  Under the Data Protection legislation can the Council please provide the following information :-

Source of the cost of flooding as quoted in the report

Values of damage listed on that report
Author of that report.
