I hereby request the following information under the FOISA 2002.

1. The number of parking fines issued in respect of the Council owned car parks at the Annexe, Elgin, HQ and Council HQ building , Elgin for 2019/20,2020/21, and 2021/22 , (Quarter 1).
2. The number/value of parking tickets issued in these periods,
3. The number /value of penalties paid for this period.
4. The number /value of penalties not paid/recovered/written off in this period.
5. The number. pf unpaid penalties referred to debt recovery agents in this period.
6. The number of cases that legal action was taken against to recover debts, and the sum recovered for this period.
6 The number of appeals received in this period.
7 The number of Moray Council employees that have received penalties in this period.
8. The number of Elected Members that has received penalties in this period.
10. The number of appeals upheld/not upheld in this period.
11.The reasons for all upheld appeals in this period.
12. The number of Moray Council employees/elected members that appealed in this period.
13. The number of the above that had appeals upheld.
14. The cost to the Council of managing this service for this period, Inc. staffing, equipment, legal costs etc.
15. The income generated by the Council in this period.
16. The nett savings made in this period as a result of this scheme being implemented.
17. Copies of all information issued to Moray Council staff and dates to inform them the periods that these charges applied to them.

I appreciate that this list is exhaustive, but would imagine this information is readily available for audit and scrutiny purposes.
