FOI Request - City Status Application

I am writing to please request via the Freedom of Information Act a copy of the full application for Elgin to be considered for city status through the Platinum Jubilee Civic Honours competition (submitted in 2021). With the competition now concluded, and with the precedent that most other applicant localities have now published their applications, I trust there will be no objection to this.
