FOI Request - COVID Self Isolation Grants

I would like to see a breakdown of COVID self isolation grants issued by the local authority on behalf of the Scottish Government and the timeframe it has taken to get the £500 to the person needing access to the fund.
  
1) How many grants have been issued since the start of the pandemic until the end of the grand provision (March 2022)?
2) What has been the average time taken (broken down on month by month basis) from applicant filling out the form to receiving the money in their bank account?
3) How many applications have been denied access to COVID self isolation grants?  

I am looking for figures over the last two years from 2020 to 2022 (the pandemic duration) under freedom of information legislation. It would be much appreciated if you could provide this figures as a spreadsheet attachment.
