Please provide a summary of spending on debt recovery and collection activity broken down by:

1) Spending on internal services, for example debt advice and debt collection/enforcement
2) Spending on external collection, for example conducted by Sheriff Officers
3) Total spend across the local authority on debt collection/recovery
4) The amount of debt that has been recovered by the local authority since the start of 2021
5) Total outstanding debt owed to the local authority

It would also be good to get each of these categories broken down by the type of debt, ie. whether it's rent, council tax, or other types of debt.
