In line with Freedom of Information legislation, I would be grateful if you could provide a copy of your Local Government pay and grading structure.

Could you also confirm the following:
• When was your current pay and grading structure implemented?
• Are you planning to review your pay and grading structure?               YES / NO
• If YES, when will this review commence?
• Have you consolidated the Scottish Local Government Living Wage?  YES / NO

For Scottish Joint Council employees 1st April 2006.
• Are you planning to review your pay and grading structure?               
We are at the moment
• If YES, when will this review commence?
Underway due to commence formal consultation during March
• Have you consolidated the Scottish Local Government Living Wage?
