School Uniform

We encourage all of our schools to have a school uniform, as part of their dress code policy, and will support them by working with parents and carers to establish and implement it.

What are the benefits of a school uniform?

• To foster a sense of belonging and pride in the school
• To promote equality among pupils
• To prevent alleged bullying behaviour arising from pupils wearing certain styles of clothing
• To create a positive image of the school and pupils in the community
