Cummingston War Memorial

The War Memorial is in the form of a white painted sandstone Latin cross on a ridged plinth and block. 

The whole is set on a column and stepped block. 

The inscription and names are painted in black on the front face of the column with a dedication on the lower block. The block has a badge of crossed Union Jacks carved in relief. A flower is carved in relief on each of the arms of the cross.

The memorial commemorates soldiers who died in WW I and II.
