City of Elgin Business Improvement District (BID)

The Elgin BID   was formed in Feb 2010 with the job of rejuvenating and boosting business in the centre of Elgin. The project enables the private and public sectors to work together and invest in improvements to the local business environments while contributing to the wider regeneration of the local community. Businesses also benefit from the sharing of good practice across BID areas.
