The Moray Licensing Board is a public authority and has specific duties under various pieces of legislation to prepare and publish certain schemes. In this section it is possible to view the Board's general Scheme of Publication (of information) as well as equality schemes in respect of race, disability and gender.

Equalities – Public Sector Duties

The Moray Licensing Board has joined with the Moray Council and the Moray Councils Education & Social Care Department in jointly publishing equality outcomes.

Records Management Plan

The Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 (the Act) requires the Licensing Board, as a public authority, to prepare a records management plan (RMP), setting out the arrangements for the management of the Board records. 

The Council and the Board have prepared a joint Records Management Plan.
