National Entitlement Card - How to Apply

HOW TO APPLY FOR YOUR FIRST CARD:

  • Online at getyournec.scot all age groups, applicants under 16 years will need their parent/guardian to apply on their behalf.
  • School office if you are between 5 years and 16 years and attend a Moray Council primary or secondary school, forms are available at your school office, visit Junior and Young Scot NEC for more information.
  • Unable to access online services or provide the required digital proof visit a  Moray Council library, view Library open times here Library Locations and Opening Hours - Moray Council or contact Customer Services on 0300 1234565

HOW TO RENEW, REPLACE AN EXISTING CARD:

  • Online at getyournec.scot, cardholders under 16 will need their parent/guardian to request on their behalf.
  • School office if you are between 5 years and 16 years and attend a Moray Council primary or secondary school, visit Junior and Young Scot NEC for more information.
  • Young Scot App if you are between 11 years and 26 years, the App is available to download on Apple and Android devices via the App Store or Google Play
  • Transport Scot Pass Collect App if you are between 11 years and 26 years, the App is available to download on Apple and Android devices via the App Store or Google Play
  • Submit a request to Moray Council Customer Services using this link, information gathered on this form is subject to the terms of the Data Protection Act 2018
