Review of 101003961331 Mixed Sex Toilet Facilities in Schools

I am writing to request an internal review of the response to my Freedom of Information request reference 101003961331.

My original request asked which schools in Moray still have mixed sex toilet facilities. The response provided does not directly address the question.  Instead, it states that all schools provide male, female and accessible facilities for pupils, and that 15 schools provide gender-neutral toilets for staff only.

This does not confirm whether any schools have mixed sex toilet facilities for pupils, nor does it identify any schools, as requested.

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would expect a clear response to the information requested.

I would therefore ask that the review considers whether the request has been properly answered, and that a revised response is issued.

To clarify, please confirm:

1. Whether any schools in Moray have mixed sex toilet facilities for pupils. This would include any toilet areas where multiple cubicles and/or urinals are provided within the same room and are accessible to more than one user at a time without separation by sex.

2. If so, please provide the names of those schools.

3. If not, please explicitly confirm that no schools in Moray have mixed sex communal toilet facilities for pupils which are shared by both sexes.
