FOI Request - Bridge Inspection

I am submitting this under the Freedom Of Information Act

1. Can you provide the inspection schedule for all bridges in Morayshire, including bridges that are not designated road bridges but are capable of supporting vehicles, including results.

There are ca. 60 Bridge Inspection reports relating to this request, each of them consisting of about 130 pages. Each report would need to have personal information redacted.
At 30 seconds per page, this would take an estimated 65 hours. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this request.
