Under the Under the Tobacco and Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2010 and Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc. and Care) (Scotland) Act 2016, please can you tell me:

1. for each year of the last 10 years to March 2026

a. how many fines have been issued
b. the reason for the fine
c. their value
d. and to whom (the company owner and/or company name).

2. Please can you also tell me how many banning orders have been made over the same time period and to whom (the company owner and/or company name).

a) Please can you provide the month and year of action taken.
