1. “Can you advise if all the minutes of all council run / chaired community meetings (particularly harbour advisory meetings) are recorded, documented, reviewed.
a) if so by whom and
b) how long are minutes held for?”

1. Meetings are recorded, documented and reviewed. Minutes are taken for each meeting. The agenda and last minute are circulated to attendees before each meeting. The previous meeting minute is discussed at the next meeting and agreed.
a) Minutes are recorded by the Harbourmaster or the Service Manager Harbours (or another council employee if available).
b) Minutes are kept for 5 years.
