FOI Request - Mobile Phone Related Incidents in High Schools

1. I'm interested to know how many mobile phone-related incidents in high schools across Moray recorded or reported to senior management between the beginning of January 2024 and the end of March this year.

a) Please provide a monthly breakdown of the number of mobile-related incidents per school.

As this information is held within individual pupil files we would  have to look in every pupil file to get this information. This task would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this request.
