I would like information about the employee forum’s ability to inform and influence the development and delivery of the council’s Climate Action Plan
In particular, please supply me with information relating to the following questions:
1. Does the council have any policies, procedures or agreements in place that enable recognised trade unions or the employee forum to influence the development and delivery of the council’s Climate Action Plan? If so, could you please share details of these policies, procedures or agreements?
2. Have recognised trade unions or the employee forum contributed to any recent consultations related to the delivery of the council’s Climate Action Plan?
If so, could you please share any relevant document, dated from 1 January 2024, including:
a) Meeting minutes
b) Reports
c) Invitations to events
d) Other relevant documents

2. Yes. Officers met with representatives of Moray TUC to discuss community owned renewables and opportunities to utilise the Council estate for these projects. This was an informal discussion and so no agenda was set or minutes kept. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.
