The information requested is considered commercially sensitive and therefore exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Commercial Sensitivity. It is not it the public interest to put documents into the public domain which might impact on the validity of any such insurance or future insurance claims.
