Not held. There is no specific recording of the number of empty properties held by Moray Council each financial year, as the number of non-residential properties vacant can change due to the management of the Council’s properties, specifically those properties which are available for rent. This information is therefore not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

Notwithstanding the above, if the enquirer desired, the Council could provide confirmation of the number of empty commercial properties managed by the Council on a specific date in each year, along with confirmation of the property category.
