Please provide the following information in relation to the railway bridge located between 95 Main Street, Buckie and Seaview Road, Buckie, Moray (the bridge carrying the former railway line / structure above the roadway):

1. Ownership - Does Moray Council own the old railway bridge structure?

a) If not, please confirm the name of the organisation or individual who owns the bridge.

2. Land ownership - Who owns the land directly beneath, adjacent to, and surrounding the railway bridge, including any embankments, vegetation, or boundary ground associated with the structure?

3. Responsibility for maintenance - Which organisation is responsible for inspection, maintenance, winter maintenance and safety of the bridge and surrounding land?

4. Inspections and structural assessments:

a) When was the bridge last inspected or structurally assessed?
b) Please provide the date(s) of the last inspection(s).
c) Please provide the findings, reports, condition scores, or recommendations resulting from those inspections.

5. Vegetation and safety management - Which organisation is responsible for vegetation control, tree management, and safety clearance around the bridge?

1. No, Moray Council does not own the old railway bridge structure, however, it has a servitude over the bridge and the right to maintain the bridge and path.
