1. The number of reports of mould or damp received by the council relating to council owned housing between 1 March 2023 - 1 March 2026.

2. The total amount the council has spent on repairs, remediation or related work to fix mould or damp issues in council owned housing during the same period.

For clarity, by “reports” I mean any complaints, service requests, call outs, maintenance logs, or notes recorded by housing officers or contractors relating to mould or damp in council properties.
