2. Could you tell how many employees are currently (March/April 2026) working from home in a foreign country?
3.a) Could you tell me what foreign country these staff members are working from?
b) And could you tell me how many employees are working from home in each of these countries?
4. a) Can you tell me what the arrangements are and b) how long each of these employees spend working from home in these foreign countries each week/month?
5.a) Can you tell me what department these staff members are employed in? b) And can you tell me their pay bands please?
6. a) Could you tell me if any of these arrangements have an end date, and b) when those end dates are? c) And how long the arrangements have been in place for?

7. Dating back from 2022 to present (March/April 2026) can you tell me a) how many council employees worked from home in a foreign country, and b) what country they worked from?

8.a) Can you tell me how many complaints you have received about staff working from home in foreign countries dating back from 2022 to present (March/April 2026).
b) Could you tell me as much information as you can about the nature of the complaints?
c) What action was taken to resolve the complaints, if any?
