I would like to request the following information in relation to poverty-related funding within the Moray Council area.
For all financial years from 2020–21 to 2025–26 to date, please provide:

1. Confirmation of whether Moray Council holds information relating to the allocation and spending of poverty funding (including funding streams aimed at reducing child poverty and adult poverty).

2. The total amount of poverty funding allocated to the Moray Council area, broken down by:

a) Financial year
b) Funding stream (e.g. child poverty, adult poverty, cost of living funding, or similar programmes)
c) Project, initiative, service, or organisation receiving the funding

3. The total amount of poverty funding that has been spent in the Moray Council area, broken down by:

a) Financial year
b) Project, initiative, service, or organisation
c) Amount spent

4. Information outlining the decision-making process for how poverty funding is allocated within Moray, including:

a) Which department(s), officer(s), committee(s), or partnership bodies are responsible for decisions
b) Any relevant governance structures, policies, criteria, or guidance used in determining allocation
