1. Yes, a risk assessment was undertaken and a risk register is maintained for the whole programme of works. A copy has not been provided as it contains sensitive information about protected species and exception Regulation 10(5)(g) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 - Protection of the environment – is therefore applied. We do not consider it to be in the public interest for any protection species information to be released.

2. Advice was taken from the Council’s appointed ecological consultants, who are also appointed to act as the ecological clerk of works throughout the programme of work.

3. Yes, advice was taken from the Council’s appointed ecological consultants..

4. Any personal identifiable information will not be released under Regulation 11(1) of the same above Regulations.
