1. We are seeking information regarding the application of the class sizes set out in the SNCT Handbook - Appendix 2.9 for special schools and units. Specifically, the Institute is seeking information on how needs are

a) defined

b) how class sizes are determined where multiple additional support needs criteria apply

c) and the level of staffing in each class or unit.
