1. Please can you provide a breakdown of the number of blue parking badges issued by your local authority in the past five years?

2. Please could you also provide a breakdown of the reason/criteria for the badges being issued?

2. Not centrally held; we would need to go through each application to get this info. Even at two minutes per case, this task would take more than 40 hours and this would cost the Council in excess of £600 of staff time. In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (excessive cost), we are therefore unable to comply with this part of the request.
